“When people are talking about you, answer them”
This month’s Foodies is about spreading the word and more importantly LISTENING. The new Aged Care Standards are focused on the consumer, their story, their experiences and the service they want.
Whilst we have adjusted our service delivery for our current customers we are also looking at emerging and new customers. Since March we have visited 15 different groups, service clubs, Probus and the like and we have lots more organised. It’s a great opportunity to meet people and above all, listen to what is important to them in terms of services. This has provided us with invaluable information and a whole new customer base.
Our new product lines of nutritional sessions and aides have been launched with great feedback so these will become part of the services moving forward.
