Meal times have always been meant to be shared with others.

At times, particularly if you live alone, preparing a variety of healthy meals can seem more effort than it is worth. At times like these, it’s always nice to know there is someone you can rely on to bring a satisfying meal to your door, at an affordable price, allowing you to maintain your independence.

It’s not just your nutrition that we look after. It’s the bigger picture of your health, home and happiness. It’s your goals, your aspirations. Being unique is powerful.

Sutherland Food Services has been providing meals in the Sutherland Shire for over 50 years, assisting residents in maintaining a healthy diet and also independence with ready-made meals delivered to the door accompanied with a warm smile and good old chat should it be needed. It’s all about working with you to stay in your home, independent and safe. Find out more by visiting our Health & Wellbeing page.

Our Menu consists of an extensive range of meals suitable for all tastes, lifestyles and dietary restrictions. Meals are delivered Monday to Friday, frozen or ready to eat, with a phone call or an easy to use online ordering system.

We are able to provide meals to eligible individuals who register through My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. We also cater for non-eligible individuals at a slightly higher price. We are also a registered NDIS provider.

Did you know you can apply for an Aged Care Assessment online?

Part A: Am I eligible?

Eligibility is based on need. To find out if you meet the criteria, we will ask a few questions about your current situation and if you need help with some everyday tasks. This step will take about 5 minutes.

Part B: Provide your details

Here you will be asked for some information about yourself. You’ll need your Medicare card to complete this step.

If you are applying on behalf of someone else or setting up a representative, you will need to provide your information as well as theirs. This step will take about 10 minutes.

Part C: Arrange the assessment

To finish, we will ask you who the assessor should contact to arrange the face-to-face assessment. This step will take about 5 minutes.

This is a new online form that makes it easier to find out if you are eligible and apply for a face-to-face assessment. If you need an assessment, please try this new service and let us know what you think of it through the survey at the end. CLICK HERE TO START
